Zadpi Leads is a 24×7 cloud-based lead automation software designed for IndiaMART sellers, manufacturers, traders, and distributors. It monitors incoming enquiries, filters matching leads according to your business criteria, attempts to auto-purchase them, archives lead data in a dashboard, and delivers instant notifications to WhatsApp.
Our backend servers continuously scan IndiaMART for new buyer enquiries matching your keywords. When a matching lead is identified, Zadpi applies your configured filters (negative keywords, location, quantity, verification) and attempts to purchase the lead on your linked account before quotas fill. Once captured, the buyer information is sent to your WhatsApp and saved in your dashboard.
No. Zadpi runs completely on cloud infrastructure. Your desktop or laptop does not need to stay on. The software continues operating 24×7 even when your computer is shut down.
No. You do not need to keep Chrome or any other browser window open. Zadpi is a server-side automation service, not a browser extension.
You connect your IndiaMART account by entering your registered mobile number and completing standard OTP verification. This establishes a secure authenticated session for lead scanning and purchasing.
Yes. OTP verification is required to authenticate and connect your IndiaMART seller account securely with Zadpi Leads.
One Zadpi account supports one linked IndiaMART account. If you manage multiple IndiaMART seller profiles, each requires a separate Zadpi subscription.
Zadpi supports include keywords, negative keywords (exclusion), exact keyword matching, IndiaMART category selection, state and city selection, minimum order quantity thresholds, buyer GST verification status, buyer mobile verification status, and daily lead purchase limits. On Advance and Customized plans, keyword-wise quantity and state filters are also supported.
Whenever a matching lead is purchased, Zadpi immediately dispatches a WhatsApp notification containing the buyer's name, phone number, city, requirement, and a direct call button so your sales team can contact the prospect promptly.
The daily WhatsApp summary report provides an overview of today's lead activity, including total purchased leads, skipped/filtered leads, and total leads scanned.
Yes. We offer a 3-day free trial so you can test lead scanning, custom filtering, and WhatsApp alerts on your own IndiaMART account before subscribing.
There is a one-time setup fee of ₹3,000 for standard onboarding, rule configuration assistance, and connection setup, charged with your subscription.
No. IndiaMART subscription fees and IndiaMART buy lead consumption charges are separate and billed directly by IndiaMART. Zadpi provides the automation and management software.
IndiaMART seller sessions periodically expire for security reasons. When a session expires, Zadpi alerts you so you can re-authenticate via a quick mobile OTP to resume automated purchasing.
No. Lead purchasing cannot be guaranteed. Successful lead capture depends on multiple platform factors, including valid session authentication, lead availability on IndiaMART, quota slot limits (up to 5 sellers), account eligibility, lead credit balance, and network response.
